Knight 1800 Series Self Propelled Sprayer with spacious comfortable cab, hydrostatic transmission, traction control, hydraulic track adjustment, air suspension system, Perkins engine and electronic 4 wheel steering system.

The 1800 Series Self Propelled sprayer is available in tank capacities from 3000 litres to 4000 litres and boom widths up to 40m. The automatically engaged four wheel steering system ensures minimum crop damage whilst maintain optimum stability.

Standard equipment includes a multipurpose control console integrated with a, simple to use, multi function hand grip that operates most of the functions used when spraying whilst controlling the direction and speed of the vehicle. You can even fold and unfold the boom from this single hand grip!

“MAXImizer” plumbing simplifies the way the sprayer controls the dilute chemical in a unique and simple way that reduces the amount of pipe-work and therefore the amount of wasted chemical trapped in the machine when spraying finishes. This also reduces the water volume required to clean the system as well as speeding up the process and saving valuable spraying time.

The fingertip control system provides operation of the sprayer plumbing controls from the driver’s seat. This greatly simplifies washing and rinsing of the sprayer which in turn improves operator efficiency and reduces wasted chemical.

Air shut off nozzles ensure an instantaneous spray on and off with no time lag for a more precise operation at headlands. This system is ideally suited for the optional GPS controlled automatic switching system that simplifies operation and dramatically improves accuracy of application.

Automatic spray boom height and levelling is another option that makes spraying as simple as possible whilst keeping the boom at its most efficient operating height and raising it during headland turns to reduce the chance of accidental damage.
