SPRAYER SERVICES
We Service sprayers for Local Authorities, Golf Clubs, Schools, Industry and the Prison Service, as well as agricultural machines.

Special equipment can be made to order or modified, retrofit booms and controls fitted, repairs servicing, machines calibrated, guages tested etc.

RETROFIT/REFURBISHMENT
Kilnwick Sprayers specialise in the upgrading of existing spraying equipment to, modernise, increase capacity or comply with legislation.
For example:
1. Fit new larger capacity booms
2. Fit new electric in cab controls
3. Fit chemical induction systems.
4. Fit clean water wash systems for in field washing, hand wash and clothing lockers.
5. Upgrade to triple or quad nozzle systems
6. Fit rate control systems, choice of a basic hard-wired system or Canbus/Isobus systems.
7. Light bar guidance systems.
8. Fit new larger capacity or corrosion resident pumps.
We will assess each request, take into account the residual value of the machine, pump capacity, tank capacity, plumbing and cost effectiveness.
A well maintained modern machine can often be given a new lease of life and can be very cost effective compared to a replacement machine.
We will also advise if we feel the cost is not justified, due to the age or lack of capacity of the sprayer in question.
RECONDITIONED EQUIPMENT
In addition to new, we usually have a good stock of used machines, fully serviced and sold with a warranty, often shotblasted and resprayed.
We also make up bowsers, front mounted tanks, mixers and reconditioned boutmarkers.
